What you share

When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, city and state, details about a cast-iron piece, photographs, and the questions you want answered. A customer who later authorizes a job or purchases an item may also provide shipping, billing, and transaction information needed to complete that work.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to understand and respond to your request. If we agree to a restoration or sale, we use the necessary details to document the piece, perform the work, fulfill the order, provide support, keep required business records, and resolve any issue. An inquiry does not authorize work or shipment. We do not publish your name, family story, or customer-owned piece without separate permission.

Where it goes

The website is hosted by our site provider. Messages prepared through the on-page email forms are sent by your own email application to our Google Workspace inbox after you review and send them; photographs must be attached in that application. Google Workspace processes the resulting correspondence.

When a separately listed piece becomes available for purchase, its checkout provider and carrier will receive the information needed to process payment and delivery. Card details are entered on the provider’s checkout page, not in a Rundstrom website form. We do not sell your personal information.

Care and retention

We restrict access to customer correspondence and photographs, retain inquiries while needed to respond and manage the relationship, and keep job and transaction records for applicable business, tax, and legal needs. You can ask us to correct or delete inquiry information when it is no longer needed for those purposes. We may retain information required to complete a transaction or comply with law.
